Before You Apply

Latinos en Texas posts job openings exactly as companies send them: it doesn't take part in the selection process, doesn't conduct interviews, doesn't hire, and can't guarantee the terms offered. The employment relationship is solely between the company and the applicant.

Never pay to apply, and never hand over original documents, Social Security numbers, or bank information before signing a contract. In the United States, requiring a specific sex, age, religion, or national origin is employment discrimination: if you see a posting like that on this site, let us know and we'll take it down.
