The account is free. It lets you write reviews, ask questions and save your details. You don't need one to read the site.

What will you use this account for? I want to use the site Save businesses, leave reviews, ask questions and post on the marketplace. I’m a business The account belongs to the business, not to you: everything it posts carries the business’s name and logo. Choose carefully, because this can’t be changed later.

Your name This is the name shown next to anything you write. Your first name is enough.

Your email Never published. It's how you sign in and how we reach you.

Your Business

This is what you tell us: we can’t verify it when you sign up. Someone on our team reviews it, and the result shows up on your profile.

Your business name The name people know it by, the way it appears on your sign.

Your business phone Include the area code. It’s the number we call to verify it.

Your business address Street, city and state. If you go to your customers and don’t have a storefront, enter the city you serve.

EIN (optional) If your business doesn’t have an EIN, leave it blank: the account is still created. It’s never published; only our team sees it.

Link to your social media (optional) Your business’s Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. It helps us verify you faster: we check that the name matches and that you’ve posted something recently. If you don’t have social media, leave it blank: your account is still created. You can get the verified badge later.

Your password At least 8 characters. A phrase you'll remember beats a short, odd word.
